HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE

Use a sewing measuring tape and start at the front of your forehead. Wrap the tape around your head resting above your ears and end it at the front of your forehead where it meets the other end of the measuring tape. Be sure to leave a little room for comfort!
